Gingerbread Dreams
“I want to gift Linda a sweet story for Thanksgiving. I'm her neighbor but she is really treating us like a family and I'm very grateful. Linda has this tradition that the day after thanksgiving she will build gingerbread house at her house w/ her grandkids - Sophie, Mila and Nathan. I think a story about this will be very sweet.”
Emma's Helicopter Gulls
“A story for Grandpa and Emma who go to feed seagulls together — they can take food from Emma's hand while still flying in the air, kind of like a helicopter.”
June's Camp Nana
“Every summer she comes to Camp Nana: pancakes, puddle-jumping, and one big adventure of her choosing.”
Nora's Secret Pinch
“Nora is 5, and every Saturday she bakes with me and asks what my secret pinch is. 'Not yet,' I say. I want a story that tells her — one she'll keep when she's the one baking.”
